How to send a fax online

You don't need a fax machine. An online fax service sends the file for you.

Get your file ready

A PDF works best. Most services also take Word files and images. Check the size limit before you upload.

Upload it and add the number

Include the area code. Faxing abroad? Add the country code and check the service covers that country.

Send and keep the confirmation

You'll usually get an email when it's done. If it doesn't go through, the line may be busy. Wait a few minutes and try again.
